Casa Alistaire is the name of our spectacular overwater villa. You can enjoy swinging with your feet in the sea, sleep outside on the over the water deck looking up at the stars or take a nap in your hammock hanging over the water.
Each bungalow is unique, private, cozy, comfy and romantic! The outdoor shower was a key feature for me and the shell shower head was the perfect touch and the jacuzzi was everything, a good choice for romantic and honeymooning couples.
Breakfast is included in the rates. Option to book a 3, 4, or 5 course a la carte gourmet dinner with a private chef at your villa. Plus side, the Aruba Ocean Villas is close to Flying Fishbone Restaurant where you can dinner right on the beach and toes in the sand. Don’t miss this experience.
Three things to do you cannot miss when in Aruba
1-Spend the Day with Flamingos
Renaissance Island is a private island for guests of the Renaissance Resort & Casino, so it’s away from the crowds though you can share company with flamingos on one of the beaches. Even if you are not staying at this hotel, you can purchase a day pass to the island to snap a picture with the pink beauties for a postcard-worthy photo.
2-Visit Eagle Beach
Eagle Beach has been named one of the best beaches in the world. It’s popular, but with a vast coast and soft white sands, it’s still a perfect place to relax.
The famous Divi Divi tree is Aruba’s natural compass, always pointing in a southwesterly direction due to the trade winds that blow across the island from the north-east.
3-Arikok National Park
Aruba has several excellent natural attractions. Arikok National Park is my favorite. Rent a jeep is a wonderful way to explore the island.
It was really hard to say goodbye to such an amazing vacation! I definitely recommend adding Aruba to your bucket list! I miss it already. One Happy Island.
