For more than a century The Brown Palace Hotel has been setting the standard for luxurious accommodations in Denver, Colorado. Not only is it a place steeped in history while modernized for today’s travelers, The Brown Palace is one of the most stunning hotels I’ve ever seen!

You’ll know what I’m talking about the second you walk into the lobby. Walking into The Brown Palace is like going back to another time period. It’s ornate details, beautiful stone and stained glass lobby is a sight to see. Over time people have celebrated numerous happy occasions in this hotel. It was the place to be and be seen.

The Brown Palace Hotel is located right in downtown Denver and the location is so convenient! You can walk to 16th street mall, Union Station is just a mile away, and there’s tons of other shops and restaurants close by.

The room has a kind of old wold charm to it, while still feeling like total luxury. Our room was spacious, clean, luxurious and comfortable. Standard rooms feature updated, Victorian-influenced décor with modern amenities, such as a luxurious bedding package, flat-screen TVs, and a high-tech coffee machine. Loved the view of the city from our room.

Why not enjoy a meal or two while staying or visiting the Brown Palace? Brown Palace has six unique restaurants and bars on property! The restaurant bar that really grabbed my attention was Palace Arms and Churchill Bar.

While the Palace Arms is the jewel of fine dining at the Brown Palace, the Churchill Bar is a great place to enjoy a sophisticated retreat in a quiet club atmosphere. They have a large selection of cigars, Bourbons, and whiskeys.

One really cool aspect of Brown Palace is the Afternoon Tea they offer everyday served in the Grand Atrium of the Brown Palace highly recommend the traditional afternoon tea served in this space, which features specialty teas, sandwiches and desserts everyday in the lobby.

The Brown Palace provides guests the opportunity to witness the unique longstanding tradition that is afternoon tea in Denver! With Devonshire cream shipped directly from England and live music from a pianist or harpist, this is truly an experience you won’t want to miss out on!

Champagne flows, Cigar’s burn, and guests come alive with conversation. The Brown Palace is to be appreciated and celebrated. If you’re planning a trip to Denver, I highly recommend looking into Brown Palace Hotel for your place to stay! They will take such good care of you, and it truly is an experience you won’t forget!
