“Mandarin Oriental Miami” a romantic getaway

Looking for the perfect place to stay for a romantic getaway in Miami that offers luxury, affordability and romance all rolled into one? The most romantic gift of all is an indulgent stay at Mandarin Oriental Miami where romance is always in the air.

The bridge that connects Brickell Key to downtown Miami may not be a long one, but it’s enough to make guests of the Mandarin Oriental, Miami feel as if they’re entering their own little private sanctuary. It’s kind of a miracle that one could feel so secluded so close to downtown Miami, but the Mandarin Oriental Miami succeeds at just that. This makes it a great “best of both worlds” hotel for travelers who want to see more than just the beach.

Staying at this exclusive destination will not only be an amazingly luxurious experience, but it will also give access to the only spot in Miami where you can find a private beach with both a water and a city skyline panorama.

Not a bad place for coffee, right? We had breakfast daily right on the balcony each morning.

We stayed in a Deluxe Skyline view room. From our bed, we had uninterrupted skyline views but once out on the balcony, we also had ocean views.

The big comfortable bed with fluffy pillows was a treat . The design is classic with clean lines and warm neutral colors. As for the bathroom, I like the separate shower and bathtub accompanied by their fluffy signature robes.

The Mandarin Oriental group prides itself on its hotel’s spas, and having experienced them before there was no way I would be missing this one. With a friendly staff, and beautifully decorated treatment rooms, it’s the place to unwind. The spa is well-equipped and offers a wide range of services for those that seek relaxation and rejuvenation. Was one of the best spa treatments I have ever had.

The hotel also hosts La Mar restaurant run by chef Gaston Acurio. Dinner at La Mar cannot be missed, the best Peruvian food in town.

MO Bar + Lounge hosts lively entertainment . Guests can enjoy an innovative selection of classic cocktails and modern mixology offered alongside a menu of light plates.

A world class Spa, a private beach, and a restaurant by the famous Gaston Acurio the Mandarin Oriental is a Miami hotel not to miss!
