Christmas at Four Seasons Hotel Cairo

Typically, when we think of Cairo, the last things that would probably come to mind are jingle bells. We’d probably think more about regular prayer calls from the neighborhood mosques. However, one of the most fantastic things about Cairo in December is the love the locals have for the Christmas season. The hotel is in the heart of Cairo in one of its chicest neighborhoods, Garden City. The prime location doesn’t just offer you a breathtaking vista of the iconic river, but also easy access to the capital’s important sites.

We were promptly checked into our room and upon entry, we were welcomed with a plentiful basket of fruit and a handmade festive chocolates. This was such a nice treat to arrive !

The fusion of modern-age luxury and panoramic Nile views of the ancient city is a once-in-a-lifetime ambiance worth waking up to. I would highly recommend asking for a room or suite overlooking the Nile River. Most rooms have balconies to help you make the most of your Nile-front stay.

Each room has panoramic views of the grand river that is sure to invigorate you each morning! is the ultimate opportunity to wake up every day to marvel views of the legendary Nile and magical Cairo’s skyline.

Anticipate the usual Four Seasons luxuries such as a stocked minibar, cozy bathrobes, down pillows, and free Wi-Fi. And the bonus? Breakfast with a view or Breakfast in bed?.

As expected with Four Seasons properties around the world, you can expect top notch dining. To say the hotel has a “signature” restaurant would be discounting each of its wonderful dining spaces. Bullona restaurant  is the newest culinary addition at the hotel. Take a seat in the chic, modern dining room amid striking Italian art for Mediterranean plates, such as squid ink black cod and roasted Alaskan king crab. I was witness of a spectacular festive season at Bullona restaurant.

The Spa featured all the amenities you would expect from a world-class hotel, including a full gym, sauna, and wide array of massage and beauty treatments as well as a small, isolated lounge with an exhilarating Nile view. Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza is the only downtown property with an indoor heated pool. This serene sanctuary is for adults only.
