Rooms and most suites at Naples Grande are housed in an 18-story main building. All rooms and suites have chic, modern decor, with a mix of tile and carpeted floors plus gray accent walls, blue bolster cushions and bed runners, and light-wood dressers and desks.
Signature Gulf Suites are similar in terms of amenities and layout, but they add considerably larger balconies and a bit more floor space. The features a dining room with seating for eight, a whirlpool hot tub in the bathroom, a huge living area, and a kitchenette with a fridge, a microwave, and a Keurig coffeemaker.
The resort sits on 23 waterfront acres complete with three miles of sugar sand beach amidst 200 acres of a nature preserve and mangrove estuary that recalls Old World Florida. As it’s a huge place, shuttles are available for guests who don’t want to spend all day walking around. Guests can either access via a footpath to the beach (it’s around a 15-minute walk) or golf cart ride. Loaner bicycles are also available. Along with a beach bar, there are lots of lounge chairs, cabanas, and daybeds.
For those travelers who prefer a poolside vibe, the Naples Grande Beach Resort offers it’s guest three signature pools. One pool features a 100-foot water slide. while adults enjoy the ‘Palm Terrace’ pool and the Hibiscus hideaway offering lap lanes.
The resort offers an excellent selection of dining options. My favorite, The Catch of the Pelican restaurant features steaks and Floridian seafood, and the kitchen uses lots of produce grown on the property. Don’t miss the BRUNCH Saturday and Sunday featuring an A La Kitchen buffet brunch menu, (live kitchen action station experience )and a fabulous Bloody Mary Bar with over 48,000 topping combinations!
